Where do the tours leave from?

Tours depart from the Sea World Cruise Terminal in the carpark outside Sea World, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Entry to Sea World is not required.

How big is the vessel?

Our $3.5M, 24 metre custom designed vessel is an environmentally friendly, air-conditioned, luxury cruiser with three levels of viewing decks.

How many people does the vessel carry?

We limit passenger numbers to 160 to ensure our tours are never crowded.

If I buy a combo ticket how long can I use it for?

The Sea World entry component of a Sea World Cruises Combo Ticket is valid for a single use entry to Sea World up to two days after your cruise.

What if I cancel?

You can change your booking but we do not accept cancellations.

What if Sea World Cruises cancel a tour?

We provide a 100% refund if we cancel a tour for any reason.

What will I see?

You will see some of Queensland's most expensive waterfront real estate along one of Australia's most beautiful waterways. You may also encounter wild dolphins, dugong, birds of prey, kangaroos and wallabies.

What should I bring?

Camera, sunscreen, hat, binoculars, flat shoes. Hats and sunscreen are available for purchase on board. High heel shoes are not suitable on the cruise for safety reasons.

Is food provided?

Yes, a lunch with a glass of wine is included with our day cruise while drinks and snacks and afternoon tea are available for purchase on board.

Can children go?

Yes. However, the cruise may not be ideal for small children. Child age for all cruises is 0-13 years inclusive.

Are there wheelchair facilities on the vessel?

We provide full wheelchair access to the vessel and there is a disabled toilet on board HOWEVER the day cruise destination does not have the necessary facilities for wheelchair-bound passengers.
