A Sea World Whale Watch voucher is the perfect gift for any occasion. Two seasonal cruise choices are available - from the open ocean excitement and adventure of whale watching to the relaxing calm of a cruise on the Gold Coast Broadwater with lunch and a glass of wine.

Our Gift Vouchers are printed on quality card and are posted to you at an address of your choice. Just send through your Gift Voucher request via email and we will contact you via phone for payment. The voucher can be used at any time within the three month use-by date. E-mail or call us for further information.

Step 3 - The Legal Stuff

GIFT VOUCHERS: Sea World Whale Watch/Sea World Cruises Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for the cruise originally purchased. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Sea World Cruise Terminal check-in counter inside the Sea World Cruise Terminal building situated in the carpark outside Sea World. No replacements will be issued for lost Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded and are not valid with any other offer. Bookings are essential.

Child age is 3 to 13 years inclusive for whale watch tours and 0 to 13 years inclusive for the Day Cruise with Lunch. For safety reasons Sea World Whale Watch do not allow children less than 3 years old on whale watching tours. Children must be able to provide proof of age. Seniors must present an Australian Government issued Pension/Senior Card with photographic ID. Sea World Whale Watch/Sea World Cruises and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions. Tours are subject to sea and weather conditions and minimum passenger numbers and may change without notice. Tour times, participating restaurants, destinations and prices subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked tour will not be refunded. Separate cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. A full refund will be provided if Sea World Whale Watch cancel a tour - separate conditions apply to Combo Tickets*. A full refund will be provided if your whale watch tour fails to sight a whale except during the months of June and November when a return ticket only will be provided. Separate conditions apply to Combo Tickets*. No other refunds provided. Refunds provided at Sea World Cruise Terminal are for tickets purchased at this location only. All other refunds must be provided by the original seller of the ticket. Re-booking is subject to availability.

LUNCH VOUCHERS can only be redeemed on the day of the cruise and with participating Sanctuary Cove restaurants. Choice of one meal per lunch voucher from set lunch menu only. Choice of one drink per lunch voucher as per set drinks menu. First choice of restaurant may not be available as seating is limited and subject to peak periods and weather conditions. If you do not board the vessel at the scheduled departure time at The Marine Village Sanctuary Cove you will not receive a refund of any kind and Sea World Cruises will not be liable or responsible for arranging or paying for your return trip.

COMBO TICKETS: Sea World admission valid only on the day of the Sea World Cruise or day following. Sea World admission ticket issued only at the Sea World Cruise terminal.
